Refund policy

If you need a refund, please return the silk pillowcase within 14 days of receipt. We ask you to use recorded post to ensure that the pillowcase arrives back to us safely. Please return the item unopened and undamaged. In the unlikely case that you receive a damaged or faulty silk pillowcase please return it explaining the difficulty.
